Northpoint Strategy is an independent consulting firm delivering management consulting, project management assurance, and foundational leadership coaching tailored to the Northern Territory’s social and community sector. We work alongside Corporate Social Responsibility teams and not-for-profit organisations, providing practical support that helps make complex contractual work clear, achievable, and outcomes-focused.
